- Mix: stir all ingredients evenly or help with a juicer.
- Filling (no more than maximum full line): insert the mixtures into the ice mould with a funnel, bag or cup. Please note no more than maximum full line.
- Freezing: please wait approx. 4~5 hours and enjoy your unique healthy popsicle.
- Making liquid food and alcohol on the stem will be a great pleasure.
- This product cannot be used as a liquid only, contents needs to frozen.
